Organizational Strategy will finally give you a tool to manage your people. Identify work flow and positions necessary to deliver and do the work. Figure out the right people for your positions and leave with a people strategy, hiring and potentially firing actions.
Position Agreements will solidify your intentions for each position and create the documentation needed to express it to any employee you hire. Stop the misperceptions and confusion for employees surrounding what their accountability is and the culture is which they are to do it.
